Submitting Grades on the Web

Summary

We ask that you submit your grades within 1 (one) week of the end of your class. To submit your grades please do the following:

  1. Log into Campus Pipeline and select the "School Services" tab.
  2. Next select the "Faculty Services" link.
  3. Within the Faculty Services page, scroll down and click the "Final Grades" link.
  4. On the Final Grades page Select the Term you are submitting grades for from the dropdown menu. Click the "Submit Term" button.
  5. Next, select the correct CRN from the dropdown menu and click the "Submit CRN" button.
  6. Your class roster for teh selected CRN should appear. In the "Grade" column select the appropriate grade for each student.
  7. For noncredit courses enter a "P" grade for Passing or a "K" grade for Incomplete or if the student did not attend enough classes to merit a satisfactory completion of the course (usuallu at least 50%).
  8. When all grades are entered, click the "Submit Grades" button.
  9. If you have more than one class to do click "CRN Selection" at the bottom of the current page, click the dropdown arrow and choose another class and click submit. Click "Final Grades." Enter your grades and submit.
  10. When finished click on the X in the top right hand corner to close the screen.

If for some reason you are unable to submmit your grades via Campus Pipeline, pleae call (978) 236-1200 to submit them over the phone. Your grades may also be faxed to (978) 236-1220.
