Program Description

Certificate of Completion Noncredit (CN)

Discover and learn hands-on techniques of professional chefs and prepare for entry-level employment in the culinary arts field. Explore basic culinary techniques including safe and handy knife skills and proper cutting techniques. Get a certification in food sanitation and safety, and make intricate sauces and stocks, and delicious baked food. Students who successfully complete this certificate may be eligible to use credit for prior learning to save time and money on the Culinary Arts & Food Service program.

This program is located at the North Shore Business Center, 30 Log Bridge Road, Middleton, Route 114.
