Do you want to advance your career in the restaurant industry? Learn the basics of culinary arts, how to estimate costs and order fresh food and beverages, and other restaurant supplies, and keep records for health inspectors. Also recruit, hire, and schedule staff and resolve customer issues about food service. Students who successfully complete this certificate may be eligible to use credit for prior learning to save time and money on the Culinary Arts Certificate.
